What Alyssa Brings to the Conversation

Alyssa brings a close view of how fashion audiences form preferences, interpret trends, and attach meaning to what they buy. Through her work at Teen Vogue, she sees how younger shoppers think and talk about style, value, identity, and secondhand, and how those attitudes shift over time.

Her perspective helps sustainability leaders understand the cultural side of adoption: how media and social signals influence behavior, what makes a new way of shopping feel desirable, and which motivations can make people willing to accept more friction. Alyssa gives attendees a way to think about demand that begins with the shopper rather than the sustainability proposition.
