Over the course of her career, Becky has led behavioral science initiatives at Procter & Gamble and Allstate, helping organizations apply behavioral insights across marketing, product design, customer experience, communications, and business strategy. During her time at P&G, she pioneered the integration of behavioral science into brand building and marketing, earning recognition in the top 1% of brand builders globally. Today, through Behavioral Fusion, she helps organizations translate behavioral science into practical business outcomes, unlocking growth, improving decision-making, and driving behavior change at scale.
