Pauline Kabitsis is an applied behavioral scientist who helps teams turn psychology into measurable product results. She has worked across more than 15 countries with UN agencies, startups, and Fortune 500 companies, partnering with organizations including LinkedIn, Airbnb, and TikTok to increase adoption, engagement, and retention through choice architecture and field experiments.

Her work spans technology, finance, and health and focuses on applying behavioral science to real-world decisions and testing what actually changes behavior. Pauline has spoken at Mad*Pow’s HX Conference and the Mayo Clinic Transform Conference and guest lectures at UC Berkeley and McGill.
