Sarah Haworth is a circularity and recommerce strategist with experience building and scaling sustainability initiatives inside major retail and consumer businesses. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Recommerce at Amazon, where she led resale strategy for the company’s worldwide recommerce business.

Previously, Sarah was Global Director of Merchandising at VF Corporation, where her work included launching an upcycled product line, helping establish brand-level sustainability goals, and driving a transition to recycled, PFAS-free materials across the product line. Earlier in her career, she held merchandising and buying roles at Zumiez. Sarah holds an MBA in Sustainability from Bard College, with a focus on circular value chains, and now works as an independent circularity consultant.
