Academic Background
Aileen holds a B.A. in International Studies and Business Management from Indiana University Bloomington, where she studied global integration and development and competed as a member of the collegiate cycling team.
Industry Experience
Aileen oversees Patagonia's global brand and marketing strategy organization, leading the teams responsible for translating the company's purpose into community engagement and action. During her tenure at Patagonia, she has also led marketing across the Sportswear, Kids, and Worn Wear businesses and helped shape initiatives spanning environmental activism, responsible shopping practices, and outdoor participation. Prior to Patagonia, she led product marketing and strategic marketing programs at Tesla.
