Ashley Munro leads the Sustainability Claims and Integrity team at Better Cotton, working at the intersection of sustainability standards, policy, and communications. She supports members and certified organisations in communicating sustainability claims that are clear, credible, and aligned with evolving regulatory and consumer expectations.

With a background in both Marketing and Law, Ashley brings a multidisciplinary perspective to sustainability claims and certification. Her work spans consumer protection, greenwashing, certification credibility, and how standards bodies navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and consumer landscape.
