Workshops

  • The workshops will be held at the Colton House Hotel: 2510 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704.

  • Yes, the Colton House Hotel has a parking garage with spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis at a rate of $30 per day. Additionally, free street parking is available across the street.

  • Unfortunately, the workshops are at full capacity. However, we are exploring options to possibly increase the number of participants. If additional spots become available, we notify registered attendees via email.

The Conference

  • The conference is being held at The Cathedral: 2403 E 16th St, Austin, TX 78702

  • Yes! The Cathedral features an on-site parking lot for the convenience of SFF24 attendees.

  • Sustainable Fashion Forum (SFF) Conference is a highly curated, one-of-a-kind, annual experience dedicated to igniting discussion at the intersection of fashion, sustainability, ethics, business, and culture to champion new ways of thinking, drive action, and inspire change.

  • Ensuring the security of our SFF community remains a paramount concern. For SFF24, we will be coordinating with local health authorities to implement appropriate on-site safety measures and precautions, adhering to the Austin Public Health Guidelines for Special Events.

    SFF 2024 Guidelines:

    • Covid-19 Vaccinations, and applicable boosters, are recommended for all attendees and participants.

    • We strongly recommend that you self-test before attending SFF24.

    • Masks will be available at SFF Information Desks, and are encouraged.

    We ask that all attendees and participants follow our Health Pledge

    You are committed to:

    • Practicing respiratory etiquette, such as masking and / or covering your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.

    • Exercising good hygiene, such as frequently washing or sanitizing your hands.

      Staying up to date with the CDC’s recommendations for Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters approved by the CDC for travel to the US.

    • You will not work or attend any SFF affiliated events if any of the following apply to you:

      • You have tested positive for COVID-19 and have not completed the CDC’s guidelines for discontinuing isolation.

      • You are experiencing symptoms consistent with Covid-19.

      • You have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, and you have not completed the Quarantine Guidelines recommended by the CDC.

  • From thought leaders to c-suite executives, the SFF Conference brings together individuals of all industry levels allowing for a dynamic exchange of ideas and perspectives, as attendees can learn from one another and gain insights outside of their usual industry silos. Some of the people who attend the SFF events may include:

    • Fashion industry professionals, such as designers, manufacturers, retailers, and supply chain managers

    • Environmental and sustainability experts, such as scientists, academics, and non-profit leaders

    • Policymakers and government representatives who are involved in developing regulations and policies related to sustainable fashion

    • Social activists and advocates who are working to promote fair labor practices and other social justice issues in the fashion industry

    • Consumers who are interested in learning more about sustainable fashion and how to make more sustainable purchasing decisions

    SFF24 is open to anyone interested in sustainable fashion and its environmental and societal impact.

  • Enjoy a 30% discount on your group registrations of four or more. Email us to learn more and save big.

  • To register now and take advantage of the current rates, you can assign a placeholder name to a registration.

    1. Enter your company/school/group name in the “First Name” field.

    2. Enter a number in the “Last Name” field.

    3. Use the company mailing address and your email & direct contact information to complete the form.

    If you register using placeholders, you must transfer each registration to the actual attendee prior to arrival, or they will be unable to check in upon arrival.

  • Yes, we offer a discounted student rate for students.

    Student, academic, government, and NGO rates are available. To qualify, email us from an associated email account (.edu, .gov, .org).

  • Lunch as well as morning and afternoon snacks are provided at the conference.

  • The Sustainable Fashion Forum does not offer refunds. Please be sure to read and understand our refund policy before making any purchases.
