Ashley Barrington is the US Country Manager at Better Cotton where she oversees partner engagement, assurance activities, and leads the program strategy development.

Before joining Better Cotton, Ashley completed a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management at MIT where she conducted research on topics including the state of supply chain sustainability and supplier diversity.

Ashley brings over 10 years of experience in sourcing and operations roles in the apparel industry. With passion for the intersection between stakeholder engagement, technological innovation, policy, and supply chain management, she seeks to create more sustainable value chains through cross-sector partnerships and engagement.
