Rachel Kibbe has over a decade of responsible business and circularity entrepreneurship experience. After founding one of the first ethical fashion retailers and one of the largest used clothing collectors in the Northeast U.S. she now leads Circular Services Group (CSG), a strategic advisory firm facilitating retailers, brands, NGOs, and circular service providers circularity and sustainability strategies, enabling coalition building and supporting policy advocacy, readiness, and compliance. In addition, CSG convenes the first domestic fashion circularity policy coalition, American Circular Textiles group (ACT), a collective of leading fashion retailers and circular services providers advocating for public policy solutions for textile waste in the United States.
