Something came up and I can’t attend the forum. Can I get a refund?
Oh, no! We’re so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately there are absolutely no refunds.

Can I sell my ticket?
We do not allow third party ticket resale and are unable to allow ticket transfers.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Do I need to have ID with me?
Yes, we will need a government issued form of ID to check you in and give you a wristband if you are 21+.

Is there a parking lot at the venue?
No. We suggest taking an Uber/Lyft. Should you decide to drive yourself street parking is limited and not guarunteed.

What should I wear to the conference?
Business casual meets fun & comfortable! It will be a full day of walking, networking and mingling. Keep that in mind when planning footwear.

Will there be food?
Yes! We will have breakfast, lunch provided by our friends at QuickFish and happy hour plus snacks throughout the day!

What if I have food allergies?
There will be a variety of food options available.

I paid for VIP. When will I get my gift bag?
Gift bags will be handed out during happy hour.  

Is there a lost and found area?
The lost and found area will be located at the check-in booth.

I’m flying out right after the conference can I bring my luggage to the venue?
Unfortunately, no. Please leave all luggage in your hotel room.

I’m a maker not a fashion designer. Should I still attend the workshop?
Absolutely! This workshop is suitable for all, no matter where you’re at in your product development process.

Is the workshop included with VIP or GA tickets?

No. Tickets to the workshop are sold separately.

I’m not in Portland. Will this workshop be offered online?
Yes! Online access to the workshop is $67 and can be purchased here.

If I purchase the online workshop will I be watching live content?
No, the workshop will not be live streamed. You will relieve a private link and unique password the following week of 4/29/19.

What’s your refund policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges for the in-person or online workshop.
