Everything You May Have Missed at Our First-Ever NYC Pop-Up with Teen Vogue and Rothy’s

On Wednesday, April 13th, the SFF core team gathered conference attendees, speakers, and industry friends at the Rothy’s Nolita store in New York for an exclusive networking pop-up.

The relationships built and fostered in person at the SFF conference are unmatched. From attendees landing internships and job opportunities to participants gaining new clients/customers and meeting collaborative business partners, the SFF conference is unique in that our highly engaged community spans across the fashion value chain, making networking opportunities at SFF truly, endless.

While this year’s conference is taking place online, we were thrilled to reconnect with the SFF community in a fun and safe no-pressure atmosphere after more than two years apart.

Attendees enjoyed delicious food from The Butcher’s Daughter thanks to our friends at Allmade while raising a glass to new connections and an evening well spent with alcoholic beverages from Straightaway Cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages from Brew Dr. Kombucha and Ghia.

Teen Vogue editor-in-chief, Versha Sharma and her team stopped by to mingle and chat about all things sustainability leading up to her fireside chat with Depop head of sustainability, Justine Porterie during our 6th annual conference.

“I'm incredibly excited for Teen Vogue to partner with the Sustainable Fashion Forum for this event. I've been an avid follower of the community discussions and am always impressed with the thoughtfulness and emphasis on real solutions. Teen Vogue is all about impact, and there is no greater or more urgent conversation than how the climate crisis affects all of us — and in turn, how we affect, contribute to, and ideally mitigate it, both in the short and long term. It's past time for these conversations to go mainstream, and we're ready to help speed it up and build on the great work that SFF has already been doing.”
