Chelsey Evans is a sustainability expert with leadership experience in product sustainability, circularity, and human rights for retail, e-commerce, and fashion.

In her former role as Director of Sustainability Strategy for Etsy, Inc., she launched item sustainability attributes, helped sellers choose more responsible packaging, created the company's first Human Rights Commitment and strategy, and advised on environmental advocacy.

Chelsey previously led sustainability and ESG for Nordstrom, Inc., where she set the company's 2025 sustainability goals and launched the award-winning BEAUTYCYCLE take-back program.

Chelsey lives in Seattle, where she is an appointed member of the Seattle Public Utilities Solid Waste Advisory Committee. She holds a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
